You will receive an initial consultation where we will assess your current diet, lifestyle and fitness levels. We will then customize a detailed 12 week nutrition and training plan for you to follow, including an example meal plan (including recipes, shopping list, substitutions and macronutrient guidance) along with a set of tailored workouts and exercises with easy to follow instructions. The nutrition plan will fuel and fulfil your body’s requirements, because nutrition is not being hungry and feeling deprived, it’s nourishing your body with real whole foods so you are consistently satisfied and energised to live life to the fullest.
